Staff here also don't give a receipt and have covered up the sign that says something like "ïf you don't get a receipt, goods are free".
I know someone last month who pulled them up on cheating customers and he was physically threatened by a male staff member who picked up a crate and threw it across the shop. The matter was handled by security from Beach Melati Apartments and as the security guy is also a member of the local banjar I'm hoping the problem has been sorted out.
