I had booked 6 people to go to Bali in november but now ony 2 can go so i wanted to reshedule the other 4 for next year i rang and spoke to somone from airsaia and after an hour of struggling for them to understand me they seemed to get it and told me that 2 passengers would still fly in november and the other 4 people have been rebooked for June 2011 and i asked and got him to reconfirm dates and flight details etc etc over and over again he repeated my email address and told me they would re send all the current itinery and ive never heard or seen anything, im now concerned if they even changed anything, how can i speak to someone at Airaisa who can understand english ??
