legonella is from cooling towers associated with air conditioners.
There are very few Cooling towers used today as they are inefficent and costly to maintaine. When the standard of maintenance and treatment of the water occurs, this is when legonella spawns.

When shopping centres are refered to, it is not within the shopping centre but on the roof above where the cooling tower is situated.

I would imagine that Matahari may have one or two cooling towers. Hotels are more likely to have the smaller refrigerated type A/C units and are not a threat.

It will not deter me from going back to Bali.
