I have been trying to manage my booking online all week to prebook checked baggage and keep getting denied - the nationality field on all of our passengers (there are four of us) was blank - so it won't let me continue until I fill it in. I fill it in and select the checked baggage option - then I get an error message saying 'name change not permitted'
I've tried calling the 1300 number for the last four days but keep get the same message that they are experiencing high call volume, call back later. I've e-mailed and I've tried live help, which is offline!
How do I get to speak to someone - we're flying on Monday and I need to prebook the baggage now so we don't have to pay more at the airport?!
