Was in Bali last week and did the Anika Guest house cooking school, we went to the markets and the chef reccomended the Karangasari satay blocks which I bought. Today I went to my Local Asian store in Sydney and theyhad both tje Karangasari and also Enak Eco satay blocks, tried both but much prefer the Karangasari and it no dearer than in Bali
