we stay there all the time same as our friends. we have never came across a rude staff member. they are all friendly people and helpful and yes there is a annoying manger down at the restaurant but one out of a 100 not bad. the breakfast is not bad. tea. coffee. toast. eggs cooked anyway you want them. (if you have a boiled egg in it's shell 3 min it still a bit raw) bacon if you ask for it. fruit. cereal. etc unless you live like a king and queen at home. or there is places down the road that sell cheap breakies. the sheets and towels do get change everyday when they clean your room. if there is any problem they try and fix it for you. i don't know what people expect I've never thought of it been high class and i wasn't disappointed when i first stayed there it is nice as some of the motels that i have stay in Australia. it's just a room to sleep in.
