This hotel used to be a fabulous place but sadly has gone down-hill with management more interested in making a buck than looking after their guests. This attitude reflects in the staff as all the "long termers" having gradually moved on and it just does not have the happy atmosphere it once did.There are lots of other hotels nearby which are far better value. For eg. Sinar Bali, Kumala Pantai, Sari Beach or The Maharta (if its still operational when you're going) Another option may be a villa, such as Bali Moon. Good luck and enjoy
