We've stayed at Zen Villas and Emerald Villas and this year will be staying at Lazy Dog Villa in the Jade Villa complex at a very reasonable rate. I can e-mail you the details - dealt directly with the Australian owners daughter, have left my email address open. Zen Villas have increased considerably in price since we stayed there. Emerald Villas were around US$200 a night last year (includes a housekeeper for 8 hours a day). The great thing about a villa for kids your age (ours are 7 and 9 now) is that you can put the younger one down for a sleep and you can still be swimming in the pool, etc. without worrying about them. You can also hire very good babysitters that don't cost much at all - last year was the most we paid and it was around $6/hour. We tend to do this at night to have an adults only dinner now and again.
