Ixora Cakes made the cake for us. It cost Rp 650,000 and was enough to feed at least 12 people (probably more if its cut smaller). My husband went to her consulting room (I think he said it was a room at the front of her house) and looked through the book.
We gave 24 hours notice and what she came up with was stunning - however we did have to go and pick it up and deliver it ourselves to the restaurant - my husband did this in a taxi and he arranged it with the driver upon pick up outside the hotel and agreed a price.
