My mate pubgirl and I have just returned from a three week holiday in Bali. We didn't plan on doing much this time just some relaxing and whatever else came up on the day. It took us a good four days to change from the fast walking pace of Melbourne to getting the Bali stroll down pat.

We ate, slept, walked, laughed etc for three wonderful weeks. To all the tourists we met from all over the world it was lovely talking to you. To our Balinese friends you gave us so much of yourselves and your time. To Noel Allen Rotary International and Agung who gave us the opportunity to sponsor a child to go school in Bali thank you. We enjoyed meeting our Ratna and seeing the good work that Rotary does In bali and the dinner that night was lovely finish to the day.
Thanks to the wonderful staff of Nero resturant who took us off the beaten track and showed us the Bali they knew rather than the one we saw at the tourist end. Our accommdation was fantastic (doesnt get many good raves on the forum but we love it), central to all the shops restaurants and walking was an enjoyable form of transport. When we became legless and/or got tired there was always someone to take us home on the back of a bike. We had the best holday ever. Pubgirl and I are good friends and our ages by the way are 39 and 59 and not one argument in three weeks. we are blessed!
