is charter a local boat from nusa lembongan (along with snorkelling stops on the way back at Crystal Bay and Mangroves, motorbikes (riding pillion with local drivers) or hire a local bemo, and visited a couple of temples with interesting carvings, also one has a cave to explore under a temple up on a hill (get a copy of the Rough Guide to Bali and Lombok from your library, it has good maps and details of the island).
It's too large to hike around in a day.
Watch out for the crazy drivers, especially around the corners on the windy coastal road but it's a pretty laid back place.
Apparently there are some scenic cliff face areas around part of the coastline and springs to visit, which I hope to do this month when there.
