I arrived, 2 adults, 2kids, we all lined up with passports open . And then realized that wasn't required when getting our visas vouchers/ receipts. They just asked how many and issued 4 voucher /receipts. Then we lined up on a different queue for immigration wherepassoprts and vouchers were checked. Best one or two of you go to visa queue, get your 9 visas and get the others to line up in immigration to save time.
