I have stayed at Matahari Bungalows a few times & think it is great value for money. I always stay in the deluxe rooms & they are a good size. Yes, the bathrooms are a bit tired, but hey, how much time do you spend in the bathroom. The pool is great and on past occasions I have seen kids in the pool with their li-lo's etc. Where else would they be able to do this. Also you are always able to get a banana lounge without any problems, none of these people who get up early to reserve a lounge by the pool. The deluxe rooms are at the back of the property and it is very quiet. You wouldn't even know that you are smack bang in the middle of Legian St. For a place with only 50 or so rooms it is quite spacious. I'm not sure, but I think Adhi Dharma is a lot more enclosed. There is also a Mini Mart directly across the road which always comes in handy. I would highly recommend Matahari Bungalows for a family.
