I've stayed there a couple of times and really enjoyed it. Small homestay with rooms in a lovely garden setting, and swimming pool overlooking the ravine. Deluxe rooms have air con, the rest are fan cooled. The family live at the front of the property so you get to see a little of daily life as well. Away from the main road of Ubud, but walking distance to the markets/central part of Ubud.
