You have what is termed a Wholesale Rate and a Retail rate. The retail rate is what the Joe Blow gets. The forex sites all say buy and sell, that is why it scores the retail tag. If looking to move about bulk money to put up for sale, you can get the wholesale rate direct from reserve agents, but you need to be dealing in gazzillions to get that rate and you need a registration.
