We had a Simpati phone card recently. To SMS to Australia I think you have to put 001 (which is the code for calling out of Indonesia) before the Aust. code 61 then mobile no (leave out the zero) So you will dial 001 61 4....... This worked for us most of the time. For some strange reason, even though it said message sent, not all of our messages were received in Oz. Don't know where they went!
