Hi I have stayed at the PR twice with my kids in 2005 & 2008. We love this hotel but my kids were 12, 14 & 15 back in 2005. They had other children to play with around the pools both younger & older.
We booked 2 superior rooms side by side but you can request interconnecting rooms put nana/child in one room & yourself/child in other room. Dont think you can do 4 to a superior room. The 4 larger rooms called Deluxe (triple) rooms are near to the busier pool but depends when you are going as to whether or not it would be to noisy. I have never experienced it to be overly noisy but the pool bar does play loud music at times which may become annoying if trying to rest in your rooms during the day.
My sugestion would be 2 superior rooms interconnecting or side by side. They would be quieter & you can request twin or double beds.
