you maybe a little disappointed, Kuta and legian areas very crowded with people, motor cars and bikes all going every which way Because the hotel rooms are soo cheap a lot of them are not 4-5 star as we know it, even though they may claim to be. There are starving dogs around and children begging, holes in the roads and foot paths. Sanur is more laid back but in saying all this, we ozzies are pretty laid back and look beyond the above and just enjoy Bali for what it is. Cheap shopping, wonderful meals and enjoy the the lovely people of Bali and their country. Make sure you go on tours that show you that Bali isn't just Kuta and you will keep coming back.
