Will send an email to you in a minute. We specifically asked about the "Villa in the middle of the property". Mr Grumpy pointed to the printed sheet. "No, not the hotel rooms, there's two villa type set ups in the middle". His response "We have no villa, just this" and pointed to the sheet again.
Very patiently, I replied, "Ok then, maybe villa is the wrong word. What is the type of room that is in the big buildings with their own private gardens in the middle of the property, and what is the rate?". A grunt and again he pointed at the sheet.
I thought they'd been unhelpful when we stayed there last year but this guy was beyond rude. We walked out just shaking our heads. I was tempted to walk in and take a photo on my phone and come back to try again, but I was just over it by that time.
I would not have been at all impressed if I'd been the owner, now that I know they're privately owned!
