if any company cannot see a problem and so will not fix it, future customers will be treated the same sometime down the track.
I would not bother with being called a %$#@*&^ Aussie or anything else, but if someone puts my babies life in danger look out, and I don't care which company it is.
To me it would be like a lucky dip if I got in that car with my baby, like is this the maniac driver or not.
It would be good for supporters of that company to know that the problem is fixed and also the poster. I experienced nothing like this with BBC so will stick with them for now as a safer option.
