Hi Jodie, Not at SBV in March.....(will be in 3 weeks and 2 days though!!!) Some people love this celebration because you have to stay within your accomodation from midnight the night before till 6.00am the day after! We just went shopping (day before) and got yummy prawns and nibbles drinks and had a great day...the night before we walked up to Legian street and watched all the Ogah Ogahs paraded, absolutely fabulous, street was closed off and people everywhere. Being in the Yuli Bungalows was excellent for us as a Family, swam and drank and ate all day!!! Kelly (Daughter) was a little itchy feet by the morning to get shopping, and Mal was up early rattling the gates!!! Quite a few shops close the day before and are not open the day after. So if you are wanting something special made or to do make sure you order or do before Nyepi!!!! Daughter InLaw has booked a villa for 5 days at Seminyak because we arrive on the 4th Should be nice!! Then Balangan for a bit of surfing, then Puri Damai for last couple of days.
I am just wishing the next few weeks away !!!
Family all well and as always planning on the "Next" trip to somewhere!! (we are the boring always just Bali!!!) Deb
