Played at Nirwana last November. It is a very nice course but expensive. It cost US $200 to play plus club and shoe hire which is approx. another $20 or $30. You will also have to buy balls, tees etc if you haven't got any with you, which most people won't when holidaying in bali. Included in the price is a golf cart and caddie. The caddies are excellent, took them about two holes to realise my son was a good golfer and I was anything but, and they're so polite about it. The caddies can give distances to the hole, select the right club and even line up your putts.
If don't want to pay $200 (like me) you can play what they call sunset golf (much cheaper at $70 US) which means you have to wait till 4.00pm to play and get in as many holes as you can. We went flat out and managed 16 holes before it got dark.
Although didn't play at the New Kuta Golf club at Dreamland I did have a look one day. It was priced similar to Nirwana with a similar cheaper price in the afternoon.
