and you have complained to the company that employs this man and if what you say is true, i don't know why anyone would make this up,they should take some actions to fix it up.
Perhaps you could let us know what the responses are to your complaint.
Like some other posters have said I used the Bali Baby Care company with a shop in Kuta and found them to be very good so it is a shame that the end of your trip was spoilt by this experience.
We will stick with BBC but it would be good for others to know how your complaint is handled by the other company.
