it's the principal that gets me, I don't want to haggle over their promise. I wanted to 'delegate' to a T.A. was meant to save time and let the experts handle it. I'll just go back to STA next time.
I booked my own acc. for majority of stay at the courtyard via their website from a friends recommendation. It's so far been a pleasure to deal directly with them ,and they have been very informative. Flight centre booked 4 days acc for us at Jimbaran, Thanks. Travelling this weekend, so more sun versus rain would be great. a very overdue holiday
