Perth Airport

Can anyone help with transfer information between Perth domestic and International airports please.

Is 3 1/2 hours enough time if we need to take a taxi ? It seems like the shuttle will not be departing at the right time for me to get checked in and through Customs in time.

Any help is greatly appreciated .
