Over here Sanur way you're up for around 200,000 short time (an hour or so)and 400,000 all night.
There is a thriving prostitution industry over here and you can get some real crackers in the many brothels. Also, if you're worried about joiner fees many places have rooms on the premises.
Then there are all the massage places with the happy endings. Its a whoremongers delight.
The locals generally go to the local "cafes" in the Denpasar area, and of course pay much less.
