Flying AA from Perth at 6.25pm, 6 people in total our 10th trip
3 Bali virgins and 1 that hasn't been in 12yrs.

Flight good row 1 straight out and a small bus ride to arrivals, spied VOA to our left 2nd in the queue then straight to Immigration 1 couple in front of us, quick as a flash we were through, waiting on our bags that seemed to take awhile.

Driver Made was waiting with esky full of cold Bintang juice and water, beautiful!.

Off the Besakih Hotel in Sanur, went in March to check out a few hotels and decided it looked good and suited our needs,We hadn't stayed in Sanur since 1998, it is a lovely hotel very peaceful and relaxing just what we needed, breakfast area near the beach was lovely.

We had lots of great meals around Sanur, 2 of our fellow travelers had not traveled outside Australia before (in their 70s)and we had many a good hearty laughs at their experiences.

We did a Harbor night cruise with Bali Hai well worth it, Cabaret had us in fits of laughter, there was a Hens night on board and a few good laughs at them too, we did the 3 Island hopping enjoyed by 5 of our group, I didn't go because its not recommended for people with bad backs.

Weather was warm most days with a couple of overcast days and rain 2 nights.

We had massages at Mandurah Spa a bit of a laugh there with newbies and their paper undies, that kept us laughing for hours after. Also had massage at the Green Garden Spa beautiful as usual.

We had an amazing holiday with wonderful old friends and so much belly laughing it really did the soul good.

I always seem to see the funniest things in Bali on our departure to the Airport at 9.30pm a huge boat was being pushed down a main street with about 20 people pushing and it was being towed by a small Toyota 4x4, couldn't stop giggling as it looked so funny.

Downside of our holidays 1 of our travelers got upset tummy for a few days. Coming back to Perth AA had no arrival cards, so we were given them as we left the plane.

Summary - a wonderful holiday had by all, lots of laughter and fun.
So if you saw 6 giggling, smiling, laughing, people having the time of their life, that was us
Julie
