.. other shopping destinations on the tourist bus route, such as Ubud Markets. Then morning price does not apply as the stall holders know that their days will be full of non-stop huge buses with short-term tourists with lots of Euros & little knowledge of costs.
I find the best time at Ubud Markets & such places is late arvo when the big buses have gone & prices get more realistic.
