The people you will be dealing with are airport officials.
Furthermore, the money you hand over upon landing is for your visa.
Everyone has to pay this, and it is normal to get other people to get it for you (sometimes while you get into the Immigration queue)
If Murti is your choice, you can pay her or her representative after exiting the building and in the arrivals enclosure.
Many many people have used these services over the last couple of years and I am unaware of any issues or problems with using the VIP service.
The only real decision is whether it is worth it to you, how long will the queues be etc etc.
It's your choice, but at least there is a choice to have.
