My husband and I used iTrek last year when we went to Bali, you're right, they are really cheap! It took me a while to actually purchase the insurance because I was sure it was wrong lol!
We didnt have to make any claims with them, so I don't know how efficient they are on that side of things, but we will definitely be booking through them again in October :)
