taking in prescription drugs ??

HI,
One of the ladies in our group going over at the end of October is on a painkiller drug following a knee op- its called oxycontin and is apparently nicknamed hillbilly heroin.
Does she need any special letter or authority of some sort to be able to take this into Bali with her or are there any problems we might encounter with this?
