surfing in seminyak

Hi guys!
i would be going to bali in 3 weeks time. Will be staying at seminyak this time round. are there any good surf spots in seminyak? i don plan to go other place since my gf will be with me. is the surf same as kuta or better in terms of wave heights and crowd. thanks in advance.
