My MIL was nominated for a citizen award and we all put on our finest and attend a rather swank show put on by the council. Well Nana being Nana picked up one of the trays of canapes and took it around she stopped at the bar table we were leaning on and a serviette stuck to the bottom of the tray, As she went to leave the serviette caught fire - there were small candels on tables- it dropped off the tray and Nana ambled off unaware she left a burning serviette on our table that had caught a few others on fire.
Well we put all out but giggled about the fact that 1. the sprinklers sure would have put a downer on all the cocktail dresses & suits and 2, she could have burnt the council chambers down.
Cutting a long story short - Tell OD you must go to take care of them- cause if we weren't there to put out the fire - who knows
