We recently took a two bed two bath apartment there and it was very good as we were on the ground floor near the pool and I was able to relax outside with our little one inside asleep in the afternoons with the big folding doors open.
I had booked and pre paid for an oversize portacot with Bali Baby Care in Perth so I didn't see what cots KTH may offer.
Bali Baby is in the building next to KTH so it was handy to go and check out other stuff and we ended up using one of their 4 wheelers too.
The lanes around Kuta Townhouse are a little narrow but its in a good location between Poppies one and two and an easy walk with pram to Legian Street.
The only problem may be that you can't pre book a room so you have to take what is available when you arrive.
So its the luck of the draw I suppose.
