Hi,
We are thinking about driving around Bali with our two children - 2.5 years old and 6 months old, just taking it easy and not rushing. I have read abit about the roads being bad to drive, police harrassing tourists, easier to take a car/balinese driver etc. Can anyone offer any advice on this and any itiniary on how far to travel each day and where to stay would be great. At this stage, we were going to stay at ubud for a few days, travel to Candidasa, overnight somewhere along the way to Amed, up to Lovina and then ???? and then back to Ubud for 5 days relaxation before leaving back for home.
Any suggestions on beautiful places to stay with kids would be appreciated :-)
