In Seminyak I recommend Ultimo - v g value - book or get there early. Ask for a table at the back. KuDeTa is great for brekky (but not on Sundays - family day - lots of kids). The set brekky is great value.
In Ubud Cafe, Des Artistes in Jl Bisma is good to very good. Tutmak on the corner of the soccer field in MF Rd does great coffee, cakes & a v g Middle Eastern Platter. Tropical Bale is superb for lunch - set menu of 2 courses - very reasonable. Beautiful setting in rice fields & you can combine lunch there with a wander through Neka Art Museum across the road - I highly recommend both.
For quality leather Tommy's in Jl Padma in Legian is hard to beat.
