There are a heap of money exchangers as you exit the Bali airport- just get some rupiah there. The rate isnt as good as the street but good enough. Just change enough to get you by until you can find a money changer (100/200$). I usually just take RID rollon repellant. Havent had a problem in all the times weve been. Prob easier to just get some and chuck in your bag, saves having to hunt for it on your first night.. As far as storing your luggage- im sure the hotel wont mind or even if you are heading over the Nusa Dua early the Novotel wont mind holding it- you may be even able to check in early if your lucky.
As for Legionaires Disease- dont stress about it. Just make sure you either hold your breath or dont go through the water misters that you may see. Theres one at the Safari Park that Ive seen- if you need to cool off under it- hold your breath!!
Apart from that go and have a fabulous time and Im sure your holiday will be very memorable!! Farah
