The 10th and 11th of September will be public holidays. Most large busnesses close on a public holiday, as do banks and government offices.
Other businesses may close for longer, particularly if they are owned by Muslims. In general (like Xmas in the west), people take annual holidays at this time. Predicting who will and won't be operating is like asking if you will be able to get a tradesman to work in Australia in early January. Maybe, maybe not.
