from my experience with other rural places I go to, i'm sure if you asked at your hotel they could organise one for you to hire, probably belonging to a staff member, just make sure the brakes work, tyres pumped up and has a bike chain to lock it up cause you don't want to lose it.
Sometimes I pay a stall owner a small amount to look after my bike if I'm going exploring without it. My guess for hiring if you would be hiring for longer period you should get a little cheaper, my guess is maybe 30,000 - 35,000 per day would be fair price, I don't get hassled to pay a bit extra I'm relatively generous, could buy a bike and leave over there for each visit, but by hiring a bike each time it is helping a balinese person.
