e-mails either. I purchased covers off them in June and had heaps of e-mails back and forward from Jeff. I have since sent more and they have not been answered. They did an amazing job on the covers that I had made. The only thing you could do is possibly call Jeff on 08124605069. That was the number he gave me to call him on when I was in Bali last month.
