you have been arriving to get through in less than 30mins? This has always been my experience in the past but it seems others are saying this is no longer. There is so much debate in the archives re how long the wait is and I think the only way to resolve the dilemma (and stop the posts asking should I / shouldn't I) is maybe for us to identify which days / times of the day are the busy times so people can make an informed choice. Personally I would rather not pay for the express service and am happy to wait 30mins as I have in the past but I am not up for a 3 hr wait!
