As the Current exchange rate is 85 American to 100 Aust seperate your 90 cents and 70-76 and use the 90 in Bali and you will be in front.
BUT the easiest way is calculate what is the AVERAGE you paid.
e.g 1 thousand AUD at 90 cents and 1 thousand Dollars at 70 cents would average 80cents. therefore because the current exchange rate is 85 you would be a looser. if your AVERAGE is above 85 you will be in front.
Work out how much on AVERAGE you paid and work it from there.
If you have heaps I would keep the american dollars for when you go to america therefore less money change problems.
I cant see the reason why you would have purchased at to 70 cent rate as ot was very low. One only exchanges when it is at the top.
As per my previous there is basicly no difference in the amount of Rupia you get by taking a basic 100 AUD and changing to IDR or the same 100 AUD to American then changing that american to IDR
