We are flying on the 3rd August with Garuda, and we have picked up the paperwork from Flight Centre, and we are concerned that there are no tickets, only paperwork with a booking number.
Flight Centre assures me that will be all we will need to receive our tickets, but it just doesn't seem right, as previously we received the tickets.
Is this the new way of doing business, it is only 2 years since we last went Bali.
