I went to bali at the end of november last year. It didnt rain at all while I was there, they were waiting for the wet season to start, but it started late.
It was still quite busy around kuta and legian, and we found that the traffic was bumper to bumper along legian street most afternoons.
We had a really good time, and did alot walking. Most restuarants we visited were packed with people, we decided to eat earlier (about 6.30ish) that way we always got a table.
