I stayed there in January and we went to Goodys often. It is 2 doors down from O-CE-N as the entrance to the nightclub is on the left (but the nightclub is narrow) and Goodys is to the left of that closer to the corner of Double Six Rd. I can't think of any other place near there as the minimart is on the right side of O-CE-N, then there is the restaurants you have already mentioned (Zanzibar etc)...
I don't know if this is the one you mean, it sounds like it from your description but that is the best I can do!!!
