Fish, prawns, squid or calamari all delicious BBQed. Served with steamed rice and a big bowl of delicious soupy kangkung as well a great mixture of different sauces, garlic, chilli etc. Kesumas is not anything special to look at, big tin shed, sandy floor and then tons of tables and chairs beachfront. We were staying near the Hyatt so it was a bit of a walk down, from Swastika you'd get a cab. If they drop you at the Mecure, walk thru the hotel and turn south. 'Blackie' the owner, is a bit of a character and has been around for years, a few different locations, but food has always been good and very popular. So popular in fact he tried to charge us IDR20.000 for corkage! Nothing really, but a bit cheeky. Char-ming is a fabulous place to eat, beautiful fresh food and immaculate service, just a little more expensive (especially if you have 2 bottles of Kiwi Sav blanc at IDR 550.000 a pop)
