Okay, for a start, we didn't encourage them to eat from our plates. Everyone is asked to put out your room service trays after you are finished with them. The fact is, that 'something' and my guess is it was the cats, licked them clean over night. If we fed them at all, it was on the ground. The hotel does have a modern kitchen, with an industial dishwasher machine. As an animal lover, I would rather give an animal a scrap of food, rather than see them starving on the streets.
