Staff confirmed with the girls at the time of check in that they had booked a late check out & reminded them of the cost.They had only paid their bill at the front desk at midday the same day that they were leaving including paying for their late check out & were there for about 10 -15 minutes & still nothing was ever mentioned to them about the possibility of having to move out of their room later that day.
Couple of points to clarify it wasn't my daughter was her friend,agree staff were good re the robbery but the stolen purse incident didn't happen outside the hotel but further away so I suspect it was someone else's screaming that woke you up.
I was told it the friends they were talking at the time of the roberry that tried to catch the bloke on the motor bike immediately at the time when it happened & he had well gone by the time these friends drove them back to the hotel.The girls have said that they were both crying when they got back to the hotel.
I agree that the staff were kind & helpful when this all happened especially the security guard but there were also quite a few other problems at KTH that I am not going to bother to go into here.Unfortunately -overall they didn't get what they were promised or expected to receive & had paid for.
