Is one of my favourite places to get reflexology especially as you say if you have been walking for hours. I usually call in and got one after dinner and before bed just to ensure a good sleep. :)
I have also had their hair treatments, pedicure and manicure there and they were all good (the hair treatment was not Prana Spa quality but of course for the price it was great!
