Book a driver to drive you from Seminyak to Permuteran (I assume thats where you will stay) and come back next day to pick you up.
You can contact one of the many drivers recommended on the BTF or one you already know, or leave it till you get to Seminyak and ask around.
We are keen snorkellers and we have found the sea life to be the clearest and cleanest off the reef off Menjangen Island.
